Despite the alleged crimes being relatively minor, Gravano emphasized that the presiding judge might consider numerous other allegations revealed during the trial, including accusations of violence against women and an alleged car bombing. Drawing from his own experience, where he received a heavy sentence despite having cooperated with authorities, Gravano suggested that the judge in Diddy’s case might adopt a similarly harsh approach. He theorized Diddy could face up to 20 years, potentially serving 16 due to statutory reductions. Gravano likened Diddy’s situation to high-profile convictions like O.J. Simpson’s where severe sentences followed publicized trials.
