In this clip, Jaz-O talks about recording his first album at Battery Studios in London. He also shares an little known tidbit about how Irv Gotta was served as his DJ back then. The partnership paid off big dividends for Irv Gotti as it eventually launched his career as a record producer and a big time player on the business side of hip hop.

The NY Hip Hop scene is one of the dopest because it has a "Six Degrees Of Separation" energy. Not only did a ton of these guys in the Hip Hop game grow up together and go to class together but even their Moms N Dads were friends back in the 40’s 50’s and 60’s. Remarkable
