He discusses borrowing money at all time lows. He talks about buying multiple properties for the price of one. And he talks CASH FLOW!!! They say Cash is king but in actuality CASH FLOW is king according to phenomenal investors like Warren Buffet, Grant Cardone, & many more.
Right now it’s about being smart about how you maneuver your money around, where you invest, and how you invest. Take time out and learn how to invest properly, this is the time. There has never been a time like this with the enormous amount of information available to teach you how and what to do.
Check out this great video by Richard Fain, I would also recommend subscribing to his channel and do your best to watch videos like this at least once a day for 30 minutes, or you should be reading books like Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad, Napolean Hill’s “Think & Grow Rich”, The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason, and many others.
