ATL Hip Hop Day is leveling up for our Sweet 16, and this year, we’re flipping the script.
On August 30th & 31st at Historic 4th Ward Park, YOU have the chance to get on the main stage — for FREE — and show the city what you’re made of.
How? Simple: Enter any of the battles and you automatically earn your spot to rock in front of thousands. This year’s theme, “Pushing Peace & Progress to the Youth through Our Art and Creativity,” is about using the culture’s core elements to inspire, connect, and move the next generation forward.
Here’s how we’re breaking it down:
🎨 Graffiti Artists
We’re setting aside a dedicated ATL Hip Hop Day Wall & Stylebook Zone where you can paint live, swap blackbooks, and connect with other heavy-hitters in the scene. Bring your cans, your markers, your vision — let’s leave a mark that lasts.
🎧 DJs
If turntablism is your language, the DJ Cypher is calling you. Show us your best scratching, beat juggling, blends, and transforms. This is for the heads who still believe in the craft.
💃🏾 B-Boys & B-Girls
Step into the Breakin’ Arena and show your power moves, freezes, footwork, and flavor. Compete for prizes and prove who runs the floor.
🎤 Emcees
Our partners at M.C. W.A.R. are hosting live battles throughout both days. Step up, spit your truth, and let Atlanta know why your name should be remembered.
📲 How to Get On:
Text 678.825.4859 right now to register for your category. Spots will go fast, and once we’re full, we’re full.
This isn’t just about competition — it’s about community. We’re building bridges through Hip Hop’s four elements and making sure the culture thrives for the next generation.
Don’t talk about it — be about it. We’ll see you in the cypher, on the wall, or on the stage.
